TERMS and CONDITION

💵 Payment Terms:-50% upfront, 50% upon completion-USD via PayPal or Wise; PHP via GCash or bank transferUsage Rights:-Personal commissions are for non-commercial use only (DnD character Campaigns, profile pictures, etc.)-Commercial use (advertising and marketing materials, Signed prints)-Commercial with Intellectual property (IP) requires an additional commercial LICENSE FEE.-Artist retains full copyright unless full buyout is negotiatedDeliverables:-Final artwork delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPG (or PSD by request) soft copy through email🔁 Revisions:-2 free rounds of major revisions during sketch and coloring stages-Additional revisions are charged +$20 per round⏳ Turnaround Time:-2–6 weeks depending on complexity-Rush orders available for an additional 30% fee❌ What I Don’t Draw:-NSFW / hate art / AI-assisted art / Mecha / Furries/🔒 Refund Policy:-100% refund if canceled before sketch begins-50% refund if canceled after sketch-No refund once final rendering begins📣 Portfolio Use:Artist reserves the right to post commissioned work in portfolio, unless client requests confidentiality (must be discussed beforehand)

COMMISSION TYPES & USAGE

🎨 PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
These are personal-use artworks meant for your own enjoyment or display (e.g., profile pictures, DnD campaign characters, etc.).
You may not use them for profit, branding, or promotional purposes.✅ You can: share it on social media with credit.
❌ You can’t: sell, advertise, or reproduce it for commercial gain.💼 COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
These are artworks intended for business or promotional use such as merchandise, branding, VTuber models, stream assets, or marketing materials.
They include permission to use the artwork commercially but not exclusive rights.✅ You can: use it to promote your brand, advertising/marketing material sell products featuring the artwork, etc.
❌ You can’t: claim ownership or resell the art license to others.Commercial commissions share the same base price as personal, but rates vary depending on project scale and usage.📜 LICENSE COMMISSION
A license grants you extended rights to use the artwork beyond standard commercial terms such as for long-term branding, mass production, or exclusive use (where no one else can license or use the same design).💰 Requires an additional licensing fee on top of the base/commercial price.note: license commissions applies for IP companies with original characters, conceptsThe fee mentioned below are only BASE RATES, meaning it depends on usage scope.
